Since at school we are told that humans are part of the animal kingdom, sooner or later we all wonder about the relationship between us and the creatures of different species. This is a fundamental topic for all those who choose a veg lifestyle and this is why an entire day at this year’s Festival is dedicated to this theme.
On Sunday, September 1, we will discuss on ethics and anti-speciesism with the philosopher Leonardo Caffo and the psychologist Anna Maria Manzoni; we will hear stories where animals are as protagonists as humans by Pietro Del Re and Marco Verdone; we will meet sharks, thanks to the film “Sharkwater” and the story of Raffaella Tolicetti; we will be looking for the arrival of Paolo e Smilla, which will return to Gorizia after touring all over Italy with their sidecar.
A whole day that celebrates the richness of diversity and respect for all living creatures.
