Paolo Carnemolla

Bolzano born agronomist , Paolo Carnemolla has been working with organic farming and in particular with the regulatory and organisational aspects of control systems and certification since 1991. Since March 2006, he has been the president of FederBio, the representative organisations of all associations and authorities dealing with organic and biodynamic farming in Italy. As of July 2007, he has been representing FederBio at the food and agriculture round table hosted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and, since September 2007, he has been a member of the National Advisory Committee for organic farming within the Ministry of agricultural, food and forestry policies. Since October 2009, he has a seat on the board of Accredia, the single national accreditation authority for certification bodies.
