Renata Balducci was born in Massa - in Tuscany - in 1961, the daughter of Umbrian parents. She has always been proud of them: her father works as a building surveyor, her mother is a housewife and she cooks very well. She got a degree of building surveying but she immediately discovered her passion for cooking.
In 1999 she changed her lifestyle, met the love of her life and decided to embrace an ethical lifestyle from every point of view: she became a vegan. She is co-founder and manager - with dedication and passion- of ethical initiatives such as Promiseland.it, Veganblog.it, VeganOK.com, that belong to the Ethical Network LifeTribu.com.
“Nobili Scorpacciate Vegan” is her first book, with a preface written by the vegan singer Red Canzian, published by Quantic Publishing. The second one is “Nobili Scorpacciate Vegan – Le 4 Stagioni”, where she includes some vegan recipes conceived by the famous chef Chicco Coria. The two vegan books are VeganOK-certified and printed on FSC-certified paper.
