She got her degree in "International Sciences and Diplomacy" (specialising in "International Business") getting a high mark in 1994 at the University of after two-year experience in the marketing branch of a manufacturing company in the photographic sector. In 1997 she started working for the Chamber of Commerce in Gorizia as a Responsible Person for the Advertising branch. For 13 years she has been managing the marketing branch - she has been engaged in projects with a view to promoting the local growth and the business development/training.
In 2010 she won a public competition for an international PHD about "audiovisual studies: cinema, music and communication". After that achievement, she has been dealing with business aspects of the cinema industry at the University of Udine.
She is the founder of several cultural associations ("Diokko", "Associazione Apertamente", "Associazione Il libro delle 18.03")and she still organises conferences and training activities.
